Return Policy

Flosens is the best place to buy products online. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. Flosens promises to deliver high-quality products and in very affordable prices. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise.  To make returns hassle free and convenient for flosens and customer, we advise customers that Please adhere to the following return policy:

  1. Return must be made within 14 days of purchase date with Original receipt of purchase
  2. The product must be free from scratches
  3. The product must not have been installed
  4. You must have the original packaging for the item
  5. There should not be any wear tear or writing on the original packaging
  6. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition

All return must be made with in 2 weeks of Purchase. Returns can be extended upto 4 weeks on request by email notice with in 2 weeks of purchase date. ** Above return conditions may be waived in genuine cases

Note:  There is no return at all on a) Glass relevant product ( Custom glass, Glass slider, Mirrors etc) & b) Vanities c) open box item or display item 
a) , b) and c) Once sold and out of premises will not be taken back, it is FINAL SALE.  Though it will be applicable to warranty from Supplier or Manufacturer or Direct Factory. We will kindly support you to get any applicable defected spare part.

Items purchased in the store can only be returned or exchanged within 15 days.

Need to setup a return?

Flosens arranges all returns through one point of contact email. Please email at warranty@flosens.ca for all returns or exchange. To make our business operation efficient and keep prices in affordable ranges we have arranged return process through email channel only.

In case of any return there may be store credit beyond 2 weeks. In case of any return after 2 weeks, there may be 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. In case of return of product, Any discount coupons /shipping charges will be deducted from refund. There may be partial refund & partial store credit in case of return (depend on scenario). In case of exchange, after 2 weeks there is a restocking fee.

All parcels go with insurance through Canada Post. in case of lost shipment, we will fully support/refund cost of lost shipment.

Some items Flosens.ca sells are not available in our web catalog but can be purchased over the phone. If you purchase a special-order item by contacting or calling our office number. When you call, a sales associate will notify you of any applicable return charges. If the item is defective or damaged, we will issue credit in full OR send you a replacement product if it’s still available for purchase. Please call our customer service number if you are uncertain about any part of this return policy or if you have unanswered questions.

General

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from www.flosens.ca or one of its affiliates. To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches.(Conditions may waived)

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, Flosens.ca has simplified the return process. We now offer pre-paid labels (PPLs) on all general returns just by setting up a return through the call center. The cost to ship the item back to us is deducted from the credit the customer receives once the item is returned.

You can also cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped , it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return.

Returns from Canada

Setting up returns for our Neighbours to the North is also easily accomplished. Just keep in mind the following:

NOTE: We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. In addition, we are not responsible for lost shipments. You must contact us to file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery.
